Mustang Athletics Celebrate Senior Night

On Friday, the Mustang Spirit shined bright as the Mustang community came together to celebrate the end of Spirit Week and to recognize their seniors from both Cross Country and Volleyball. The Spirit Stick was won by the Upper School and that spirit was carried over to the volleyball game, as the Lady Mustangs played host to the Heat.
Led by Senior Captain Kaitlyn Bean, the Lady Mustang Volleyball team gave the packed house something to cheer about as they battled close with one of the conference's top ranked teams. Throughout the night, the Mustangs showed improved skill and teamwork forcing long rallies, frustrating the visitors. In their best set of the year, it was fitting that Bean stepped up to show her leadership on a night in which the senior was recognized for her dedication to Mustang Athletics.

Along with Bean, Mustang Athletics also honored senior Volleyball player Makenzie Grant, and senior Cross Country runners Jackson Tucker and 2014 Male Athlete of the Year Isaac Hanai.
