Varsity Boys Off to a Hot Start

The Varsity Boys Basketball team has raced out to a hot start this season. The team has posted a 3-0 record so far. Senior Jake Grader has led the way in all categories, but has been supported by a strong cast.
The Mustangs have balanced scoring with Junior River Tannehill and Sophomore Efraim Hanai forming what has become, along with Grader, a three-headed attack. Junior Christian Ahlstrand and Senior Matt Miller have also chipped in as the Mustang defense has limited their opponents to low scoring totals throughout the first part of the season.

The team returns to action with a home game on Friday against the Middle Tennessee Heat.  Friday night's game will begin a tough stretch of games, as the Mustangs will feature four times in seven days. All of those games will be in the Frist Gymnasium on the campus of Currey Ingram Academy.
