Currey Ingram Academy welcomes Dr. Hope Link as our new Director of College Counseling.

“We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Hope Link to our Currey Ingram community as Director of College Counseling.  Her enthusiasm, expertise and passion are fully aligned with our commitment to develop our students as life-long learners.  Dr. Link's experience as both a former high school college counselor as well as a current college professor allow her a strategic advantage when working with our families. She is uniquely equipped to help every student navigate the complex waters of post-secondary education,” said Joy Young, Upper School Division Director.
As Director of College Counseling, Dr. Link will oversee the Currey Ingram College Counseling Office, serving students in grades 9-12 (and their parents) through the college search and admissions process.

“I am thrilled to join the Upper School team at Currey Ingram Academy. It is a beautiful picture to see a student engage in work, converse with friends, and exhibit his or her strengths. One of the most rewarding experiences is to watch a student flourish toward self-assurance. I look forward to assisting each student as he or she discovers how unique gifts and talents will guide life transitions, college, and career. I believe to growis to achieve.”

Dr. Link brings years of experience in the teaching and college counseling fields. She earned a bachelor's degree in human growth and family studies from Samford University and a master’s degree in counseling psychology/rehabilitation and a doctorate in educational psychology, both from The University of Memphis.
