Transformational Purpose Statement: I coach to serve as a role model to student-athletes by instilling the importance of physical wellness and the impact it has on building self-confidence, teamwork, and supports emotional wellbeing.

Coaching Experience: Prior to coming to CIA, Coach Jason Church worked as a strength and conditioning coach at Middle Tennessee State University, Belmont University and for the Florida Marlins LP.  Coach Church has been a personal trainer in the past and also worked at Vanderbilt University as an intern for Vandy Football. Coach Church has been a Middle School faculty member since 2021.  He has the following certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association), Sports Performance Coach (USA Weightlifiting), Strength and Conditioning Coach (Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association) and Tobacco Treatment Specialist (QuitNet Tobacco Cessation). Coach Church also teaches Middle School PE at CIA.
