Join fellow educators for two days of practical, research-informed professional learning focused on executive function in the classroom. Designed for JK–8 educators, school leaders, interventionists, and student support professionals, Inspired Institute will equip attendees with actionable strategies to better understand, support, and empower students.
Hosted by Currey Ingram Academy, a leader in learning difference education with more than 50 years of experience, this conference blends expert insight, real-world application, and live classroom observations to help educators turn theory into practice.
Executive function skills shape how students start tasks, stay organized, manage emotions, shift attention, persist through challenges, and work independently. When these skills are underdeveloped, the impact can be felt across every part of the school day.
Inspired Institute is designed to help educators move beyond broad concepts and into meaningful practice.
Participants will:
Deepen their understanding of executive function and how it affects learning, behavior, and school success
Learn practical classroom strategies that can support attention, organization, task initiation, self-regulation, flexibility, and independence
Observe live demonstrations and classroom practices in action
Explore how executive function support can be embedded into daily instruction, not added on as one more thing
Gain tools and ideas they can begin using right away in their own classrooms and schools
Each attendee will receive a certificate documenting 12 hours of professional development
What Makes Inspired Institute Different?
At many conferences, educators leave inspired but unsure how to apply what they heard. Inspired Institute is built differently.
This two-day experience is intentionally practical, giving attendees the opportunity to not only learn from experts, but also to see effective strategies in action. Through keynote presentations, educator-led sessions, and live observations, participants will walk away with a clearer understanding of what executive function support can look like in real classrooms.
At Currey Ingram Academy, executive function support is not theoretical. It is part of how we teach every day.
