WRaP is a collaboration between Currey Ingram Academy and the Frist Center for Autism and Innovation at Vanderbilt University, and uses methods designed by Specialisterne USA, a national leader in the Autism @ Work movement.
Participation Requirements
Accepted students complete the PAIRIN assessment prior to the program (approximately one hour), which measures essential workplace skills such as initiative, problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, productivity, and interpersonal skills. Results help instructors tailor support to each student’s needs.
Why WRaP?
Individuals on the autism spectrum often bring exceptional strengths to the workplace—including attention to detail, strong analytical skills, sustained focus, and precision. WRaP is designed to recognize and cultivate these strengths, helping students confidently transition toward future careers, particularly in technology-focused fields.
