This camp is intended to extend the school year for students in rising Grades 1 - 5 who would benefit from targeted intervention in the skills that contribute to reading development.  Instruction will focus on key areas that support reading, including phonological awareness, phonics, sight word knowledge, comprehension strategies and vocabulary.

Woven throughout the camp experience will be intentional building of strategies:
