TN Chapter of the International Dyslexia Association's Annual RISE Conference

Whether you are coming to hone your knowledge and skills or you are new to literacy instruction or dyslexia, the 2023 RISE Conference provides you with an opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with other educators and families from across the state.

On behalf of the Tennessee Chapter of the International Dyslexia Board, we welcome you to join us at our annual RISE Conference on April 1, 2023, hosted in person at Currey Ingram Academy.

This year’s conference theme is Empowered Reading. “Empowered Reading” means feeling confident and capable with literacy teaching and learning. TN-IDA’s mission is to support every Tennessee student with access to quality literacy instruction and interventions by equipping educators and families with the tools to build confident and capable readers.

The conference agenda includes one keynote speaker session and four breakout session blocks. This year the conference sessions will be divided into multiple tracks of learning. Each session will be tagged according to the track that best fits its intended audience. Click here to read more about the agenda and session tracks.
