Tuition and Fees

At Currey Ingram Academy, we understand that independent school education can be a major financial commitment. That is why we strive to make Currey Ingram's education available to everyone who needs it. Approximately $3.6 million in financial assistance was awarded to 42% of our families in 2022-23. We encourage all families to apply for financial aid during the admission process. For questions regarding tuition, payment plans, and/or the Tuition Refund Plan, please contact Yvonne De La Torre Ugarte in the Business Office at yvonne.dltu@curreyingram.org.

Financial Aid

Currey Ingram Academy recognizes the importance of financial accessibility for all families. Approximately $3.6 million in financial assistance was awarded to 42% of the school's families for the 2022-23 school year. Included in these awards are funds provided through an endowment at Vanderbilt University for Currey Ingram students who have a parent employed by the university or Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Financial aid awards are based on need; however, any family that is interested in financial aid is encouraged to start the aid application process concurrently with the admission process. The financial aid process is handled through the Business Office and is separate from the admission process. Financial aid award decisions will be determined by the Financial Aid Committee of the Board of Trustees and will be guided and informed by the report from the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS). It is important to note that a prospective student will not receive a decision about financial aid until the aid application process is complete and an admission placement has been offered. Since gathering and submitting the appropriate documentation for financial aid can be time consuming, we strongly encourage you to apply for aid during the admission process, which allows for a decision to be made more quickly after admission placement has been offered.

Families wishing to apply for financial aid should request a financial aid packet from the Currey Ingram Business Office. The packet includes Currey Ingram’s financial aid policies and procedures and other relevant information. All financial aid information provided to Currey Ingram is confidential.
